First Floor Cocktail Waiter/Waitress

As our new waiting staff member, you’ll be the face of our bar service working with our hospitality team on the first floor, delivering service with style and personality. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, serving our customers visiting to experience our varied hospitality and entertainment offerings including the Heliot Steak House and Magic Mike Live where service excellence is key to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality teams to ensure smooth service.
• Provide attentive and personalised service to our varied clientele.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• A years’ waiting experience would be an advantage.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering great service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• Be over 18 years of age.
