Senior Chef de Partie

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your section, support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and help deliver exceptional food quality and smooth service across all areas of our hospitality operation. Consistency, leadership and high standards are at the heart of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the daily operation of your kitchen section, ensuring smooth and consistent service.
• Prepare, cook and produce all dishes, ingredients and recipes to the highest standards.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures to uphold company standards throughout each shift.
•  Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times in line with legal and company requirements.
•  Check all sections before service, ensuring mise en place meets required standards and communicating any unavailable dishes to the duty manager.
• Support and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team, helping maintain a positive, professional and well‑organised working environment.
• Participate in training and departmental meetings to support team development and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie background.
• Excellent cooking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, support and train junior team members.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage a section independently.
• Solid understanding of hygiene and food safety procedures.
• A positive, reliable and team‑focused attitude.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
