Cocktail Waiter/Waitress

We're looking for new waiting staff to join our Bars team which operate the God's Rooftop, the new Paddy's Sportsbook and the gaming floors. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, serving expertly crafted drinks, engaging with guests, and helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality teams to ensure smooth service.
• Provide attentive and personalised service to our varied clientele.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• A years’ waiting experience would be an advantage.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering great service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• Be over 18 years of age.
