Assistant Bar Manager Hospitality

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Bar Manager Hospitality  to work in the Penny Bar, home of Magic Mike Live, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability whilst ensuring the highest standards of best practice and service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Drive high standards of customer service and improve the guest experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, reporting, and cash handling.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with staff planning, rotas, and team development.
• Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with teams and management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems and standards.
• Support the wider business with additional duties as required.
