Archive & Myth is one of The Hippodrome Casino’s most distinctive bar experiences—where classic elegance meets modern bartending. Nestled within London’s most iconic entertainment venue, this bar is a destination for guests seeking expertly crafted cocktails, premium spirits, and exceptional service in a stylish, intimate setting.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the Archive & Myth team. You’ll be serving signature cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and personality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Keep up to date with cocktail trends and contribute to menu development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
