Trainee Senior Poker Dealer/Cashier

Our Poker Deck is London’s best and we’re looking for skilled and confident Trainee Senior Poker Dealer/Cashier to join the team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality poker games, ensuring fairness, accuracy, ensuring all games and activities are run within the structures and rules of the LCCP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of the poker room.
• Ensure gaming is conducted fairly and in accordance with company procedures.
• Process player transactions and manage cash desk activities.
• Assist with tournament registration, administration, and prize distribution.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and seating players.
• Monitor games, resolve routine issues, and support dealers and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and report incidents or procedural breaches.
• Ensure poker room equipment and work areas are organised and operational.

What We’re Looking For:

• Two years of experience dealing poker games in a busy casino environment.
• Strong knowledge of poker rules, hand rankings, and game flow.
• Excellent numeracy, concentration, and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-stakes games.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• You must be over 18 years of age.
